Overview

Finding the market opportunity and building a clear narrative before the campaign began.

What We Did

Before Kings Central had a campaign, it needed a clear reason to exist in the market.

Through on-site immersion and strategic workshops, we identified the opportunity — a well-connected neighbourhood where buyers could get in early and move with confidence as the New West evolved. That insight became the positioning platform that guided every piece of messaging and creative that followed.

The result was a clear, confident narrative established before design and launch activity began — giving the project a foundation that could hold across every touchpoint.
