I'm Leighton James, founder and creative director. I've spent more than ten years in Australian residential property, working with Stockland and Lendlease across more than 60 communities in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia. That includes launching over a dozen Halcyon communities and helping bring the brand to Victoria.

I'm involved in every project from the first brief to the final file, so the person you speak to is the person responsible for the work. I spend time on site and with the people who know each community best, because the story is usually already there. My job is to find it, make it clear and bring together the right team to bring it to life.
