What we Did

Creating a distinct identity for the prestige end of the Halcyon range.

Halcyon Bayside sits at the prestige end of the Halcyon range, and the creative needed to reflect that without stepping outside the brand family. We built a distinct visual language around the Naturally Magnetic platform, giving Bayside an elevated identity that set it apart from other Halcyon communities while remaining coherent within the broader suite. From creative direction through to sales collateral, launch video and digital campaign, every touchpoint carried the same considered, coastal character.

Capturing the Halcyon Bayside lifestyle.

We directed a full talent shoot to bring the Naturally Magnetic platform to life — real people, coastal light and the unhurried pace of life at Redland Bay. The imagery became the visual backbone of every touchpoint from brochure to digital campaign.

Where the shoot couldn't reach, AI could. Generative imagery brought the natural landscape of Redland Bay to life.
