What we Did

Turning a national brand platform into content that did what campaigns can't.

Home Grown Stories translated Stockland's 'Home, grown.' platform into a resident-led video series for their masterplanned communities in North West Sydney. Rather than produce another campaign, we created a format where real residents spoke honestly about community, amenity and infrastructure — giving prospective buyers the kind of confidence that only comes from hearing it from someone who already made the decision.

The result was three episodes that worked as long-form content and short-form social, built from a single production by Unified Thinking across concept, direction and delivery.

Community Content

Where you live shapes how you live. The people you meet, the friendships your kids make, the neighbours who become part of your story. In Stockland's North West communities, residents share what it really means to belong somewhere — and why so many of them never want to leave.

Amenity Content

A great community is only as good as what surrounds it. From schools that earn a ten out of ten from the kids to walking paths, sporting fields and open spaces designed for everyday life, residents share how the amenity on their doorstep shapes the way their family lives, grows and connects.

Infrastructure Content

The North West is changing fast and the people who got in early saw it coming. Residents share what better roads, frequent train services and a pipeline of new schools, shops and town centres has meant for their daily lives — and why the best of what is coming still lies ahead.
