From first communities to national growth
We were there at the beginning, helping launch Halcyon’s first communities — Halcyon Nirimba in Queensland and Halcyon Berwick in Victoria — establishing the foundations for how the brand would present itself, communicate value and connect with its audience.
As the portfolio grew, we supported the launch of Halcyon’s first New South Wales community, Halcyon Gables, helping translate the established brand into a new market while responding to local context and opportunity.

Bayside Launch Video
A day in the life, brought to life.
Alongside a full location photoshoot, Unified Thinking created the launch film for Halcyon Bayside in Redland Bay, Queensland. The video follows a day in the life of a prospective resident, capturing the rhythm, lifestyle and sense of ease that define the community.
Our role spanned storyboard development, casting and creative direction — shaping a narrative that feels authentic, aspirational and grounded in lived experience.
Translating vision into place
Halcyon Coves on the Sunshine Coast, this film brings together the developer’s intent and the architect’s vision for the masterplanned community. The focus is on how the masterplan responds to its setting, balances nature and amenity, and creates a sense of cohesion across the site.
Unified Thinking led the storytelling approach, ensuring the film clearly communicated the thinking behind the plan — not just what it looks like, but why it works.
Community, culture and connection
Created in partnership with the Yandina Bowls Club, this film explores the local connections that shape life at Halcyon Yandina. Rather than positioning the community in isolation, the story highlights its relationship with the town, its people and the lifestyle already in place.
Unified Thinking developed the concept and narrative, using real voices and familiar settings to create a film that feels genuine, grounded and deeply connected to its surroundings.
